We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are accurate however, product details may change from time to time. We cannot guarantee that all information is complete, exact, or up-to-date.

Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraud.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are shown in £ (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment via card and PayPal.

 

We may change our prices at any time, but these changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Delivery & Shipping

We currently only deliver within the UK. Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

 

If you live outside of the UK and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@notultraprocessed.com before ordering. We are happy to work with you to explore possible delivery options and, where feasible, will do our best to find a suitable solution.

 

The risk of loss passes to you once the product has been delivered to the shipping address you provided with your order. If a delivery is delayed or lost, please contact us at hello@notultraprocessed.com and we will investigate.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are perishable food items, we cannot accept returns unless the product is faulty or not as described.

 

If you receive a faulty product, please contact us at hello@notultraprocessed.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Allergens & Dietary Information

Our products may contain nuts, seeds, oats and other allergens.

 

Our granolas and bircher mixes are made using gluten free and dairy free ingredients and we take care to ensure that gluten and dairy are not intentionally included in these recipes. However, our products are produced in a facility where gluten and dairy are handled and therefore we cannot guarantee that our products are completely free from gluten, dairy or from any cross contamination. As a result, we cannot guarantee that our products are suitable for people with coeliac disease, severe gluten intolerance, or severe dairy allergies.

Please read all product labels carefully and contact us if you have any concerns. By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept this risk.

Food Safety

All products are prepared in a facility that follows standard food safety practices however, we are not liable for any allergic reaction or adverse effects caused by consuming our products.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without our written consent.

Privacy

Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • loss of profits,

  • loss of business, or

  • any loss arising from using our website or products.

 

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order.

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of God, extreme weather, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, fire, flood, industrial action, strikes, shortages of ingredients, government actions, transport disruption, or delays, errors, or failures caused by third-party couriers or our delivery partners.

 

Where such an event occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and resume normal service as soon as practicable.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time and the latest version will be published on our website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UK courts.
