This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases made through the Not Ultra Processed website for our granola products and bircher mixes, and should be read alongside our Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy. It is written in accordance with UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Legal Rights
As a consumer in the UK, you have certain legal rights when buying goods online. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
Right to Cancel (Change of Mind)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, unless an exemption applies.
Food Products Exemption
Due to the nature of our products, granola is classed as a food item. For hygiene and food safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for opened products, or for products that are sealed and have been unsealed after delivery.
You may cancel your order within 14 days only if:

The granola is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging, and

The product is returned to us in a resaleable condition
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.

You are entitled to a refund or replacement under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. Where a return is required, we will cover the return postage costs.
Short Shelf Life and Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with the freshness or quality of your granola on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photographs and further details to investigate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 14 days of approval or receipt of returned goods (where applicable), in line with the delivery terms set out in our Shipping Policy.
Original delivery charges will be refunded where required by law. Additional delivery costs (such as express delivery upgrades) are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
