Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Order Processing Times

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received and are typically processed within 1 - 2 business days.

 

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Processing times do not include delivery transit times.

Delivery Methods and Timescales

We use trusted third-party courier services to deliver our products.

 

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Delivery:  2 - 4 business days after dispatch

  • Express Delivery:  1 - 2 business days after dispatch (where available)

 

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, such as courier delays or peak periods.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and are based on your delivery address and order size. All applicable delivery charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Packaging

Our granola is carefully packed to ensure it arrives in good condition. We aim to use packaging that protects product freshness while being as sustainable as possible.

Incorrect Address Details

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Delays and Lost Parcels

Whilst we aim to deliver all orders within the stated timescales, delays may occasionally occur. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing your order number and photographs where possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched, where available.
